BBU CNG-500 ABS Mining Safety Helmet

The BBU CNG-500M ABS Mining Safety Helmet is manufactured from robust ABS material. The combination of the strength and durability of acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber makes this material highly resistant and reliable.

The industrial safety helmet complies with the requirements of EN 397+A1:2012 and provides protection in low-temperature environments down to -30°C.

Designed to reduce strain on the wearer, the BBU CNG-500M weighs only 360 g. It is stronger, more comfortable and at least 20% lighter than many conventional industrial safety helmets currently available on the market.

The BBU CNG-500M safety helmet has been specifically engineered to meet demanding workplace requirements, taking into account the safety and comfort needs of professionals working in the construction and industrial sectors.

For enhanced wearer comfort, the helmet is available in both vented and non-vented versions and is supplied as standard with a textile suspension harness and a soft sweatband.

The BBU CNG-500M industrial safety helmet is designed for use in today's high-risk working environments, including construction, mining, tunnelling, demolition, oil and gas, marine operations, shipbuilding, refineries and petrochemical facilities.

Sufficient surface area is available for customisation and personalisation, including the application of company names, logos, brand names and other identification markings.
